hey hey greetings from taiwan!!!!! finally settled down a lil bit so i decided to update now.... left singapore on the 23rd feb on china airlines CI1668 for kaoshiung.... arrived in kaoshiung at bout 2000 hrs, think the aero-bridge wasnt working so we had to walk on the tarmac to the terminal, luggage claim and immgration were really fast and me and 5 other guys were out in no time, greeted by our camp's chief clerk.... we then left the airport on a mini bus with a lot of luggage and it took us 2 1/2 hrs to get to our camp in heng chun, base 4....

by that time we were really really tired already so we just got our bedsheets and stuff and were allocated bunks to sleep in..... when training troops are not around we can sleep till 7, if not then 630.... the work scope and the pple here arent too bad but i was really homesick for the first 2 days... really missed my friends in church, army and my family.... wanted so much to be in singapore again.... esp on the plane, oh man cos i didnt know anyone and it was such a lonely feeling leaving singapore for somewhere that u dont know.....

oh well but i turned out to be alright and im starting to fit in, though i havent known a lot of pple here... but im trying my best, havent really been out much cos theres currently a batch of training troops here... but eventually i will try to do some sight-seeing and stuff..... oh yeah did i mention that the bunks are air-conditioned and there are heated showers as well?? haha its pretty good, much better than singapore's.... plus theres internet here as well so its pretty cool.... alrighty, hope to hear from a lot of my friends on MSN, most prob will be there everynight... ^_^... haha.....
